NEW YORK: Sir Paul McCartney performed an impromptu concert on the roof of the legendary Ed Sullivan theater on Wednesday.
Thousands of fans, including Bruce Willis turned up to cheer him on.
Fans were seen dancing on the street, while others were dancing in the windows of their office buildings.
The performance was part of the singer’s appearance on the David Letterman Show and it came on the cusp of what McCartney has said will be his final tour.
McCartney’s tour begins on Friday and continues through the end of the summer.
